Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. Cancellations may not be accepted once the order has been processed or shipped by vendors/merchants.

DELIGHTS MICRO CREDIT INDIA FOUNDATION does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, food, etc. However, refunds or replacements may be issued if the delivered product is of unsatisfactory quality.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify our Customer Service team the same day of delivery. The merchant will verify the issue before approval.

If the received product does not match the website description or your expectations, contact Customer Service on the same day. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

For products with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

For any approved refunds by DELIGHTS MICRO CREDIT INDIA FOUNDATION, the refund process will take 9–15 business days.
